We offer a complete service from police station advice and representation through to assistance with the proceedings in the Magistrates Courts, Crown Courts and Appeal Courts. We operate a full 24 hour service and are available for call outs to police stations anytime of the day or night. A representative will be available on our emergency 24 hour service should you be arrested.

Our dedicated team will offer you expert advice and assistance no matter what the stage of the proceedings or how serious the case. We also have access to a large team of experienced barristers who will offer further guidance and representation in the Crown Court. The firm will also instruct Queens Counsel (QC) should the need arise.

It is your right to have a solicitor called free of charge if you are arrested. We will come out 24 hours a day. Our solicitors make daily appearances at various Magistrates Courts around West Midlands and the Home Counties and are highly skilled in representing clients in all manner of hearings including first appearances, applications for bail, pre-trial reviews, plea hearings, committals and also full summary trials, Newton hearings and special reasons hearings and sentencing.

Should your case be sent to the Crown Court, Our solicitors have many years of experience in preparing cases, both straightforward and complex and to a very high standard for presentation in the Crown Court. We instruct only those barristers with whom we have established close and trusted working relationships over a number of years to represent our client's at the Crown Court. The firm will also undertake appeals to the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal. In some instances we will also take the matter to the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC).

The firm also operates a Serious Crime Department. This Department was set up to meet the need to efficiently process our more difficult cases such as serious frauds, rapes and murders. With specialist IT systems we are able to analyse the large amounts of evidence generated in such cases and prepare summaries, chronologies, schedules and exhibit lists incorporating crucial cross-referencing to ensure the highest possible standard of documentary presentation to the Crown Court. This detailed work enables the barristers we instruct to gain an immediate overview of a particular case. The department allows us to maximise the time we have for thorough case preparation from Committal through to the end of Trial and provides the dedicated focus necessary in very serious cases.

A number of our solicitors are members of local police station and Court Duty Solicitors' Schemes. To be eligible for such schemes, a solicitor must have a high degree of knowledge and experience. The firm is also a member of the Very High Cost Criminal Cases Accreditation. This accreditation was devised for firms who have specialist knowledge and experience in dealing with serious and complex cases.
